Adventure Continues for Griffin Pocket Tool®

Griffin Pocket Tool® is announcing the launch of the newest addition to their multitool family: the Griffin Adventure Tool. The tool will be launching on Kickstarter on May 12, 2020, and will be available in both stainless steel and titanium. The first 250 backers will be eligible for special early-bird pricing and will be the first to receive their adventure tool, in August. Following the first round of backers, the next tiers of support will also offer a significant discount and early arrival of the tool.

“It felt like the right time to bring this prototype to life,” says Casey Deming, creator and founder of Griffin Pocket Tool. “This is Griffin Pocket Tool’s fifth year, so we’re celebrating by launching our third Kickstarter. The classic Griffin Pocket Tool exceeded its Kickstarter goal by 1200%, and we feel confident that the Adventure Tool can be an even bigger hit. We’ve used the five years since then to listen to user feedback and engineer the Adventure Tool as the next evolution of the Griffin family.”

The new Griffin Adventure Tool is unique from anything else in the Griffin family because it packs a punch with many of the original features, plus a host of new perks. Each unique feature on the tool was crafted with utility in mind as the Griffin team explored gaps in the current everyday carry market’s capabilities.

The Griffin Adventure Tool includes:

  • A proprietary carabiner design to secure the tool, for example, to fasten the user’s keys to his belt loop or backpack loops
  • A #2 Phillips head screwdriver on the top corner of the tool, to add to the flathead base of the tool
  • A split ring recess on the inside of the 5/16 wrench at the head of the tool, so the user can use the wrench with ease while their keyring is still attached
  • A notched ruler on the sides of the tool, marked to the 16th of an inch
