Land Rover 75th Anniversary Jubilee To Be Held This June

The year was 1947. A man sketches the silhouette of a car in the sand of a Welsh beach. That car is the Land Rover. Tough, intrepid, a year later the design would go on to change history, mastering all manner of terrain and capturing hearts around the world.

Decades of innovation have taken the Land Rover brand Above and Beyond, navigating uncharted territory with a firm grasp of where the brand started. Now, 75 years later, Land Rover celebrates its Diamond Anniversary. For enthusiasts in the U.S., the Association of North American Rover Clubs – ANARC – is hosting a Diamond Jubilee celebration at the Greek Peak Mountain Resort in Cortland, New York from June 14-18. To celebrate Land Rover’s 75th Anniversary, the Diamond Jubille will include off-road driving opportunities for attendees, vendor exhibitions, a variety of special guests, a Land Rover showcase of vehicles throughout the brand’s fabled history, a variety of family activities, and the ANARC Cup RTV competition.
