Method Wheels Unveils Beyond the Box Truck

November 3, 2025

Method Race Wheels is taking an iconic symbol of its brand, the box its wheels are shipped in, and transforming it into something entirely unexpected: a meticulously hand-crafted, full-size, 1:1 scale Trophy Truck built completely out of Method Race Wheels’ shipping boxes.

The “Beyond the Box” installation at SEMA 2025 in Las Vegas is a bold, larger-than-life expression of the brand’s philosophy: that every great build starts with a Method box. More than packaging, the box represents the moment of arrival, the first spark of something real. Inside isn’t just a product; it’s the sum of Method’s passion, and an invitation to join what the brand stands for.

“We wanted to take something familiar and turn it into a statement,” said Matt Harris, General Manager at Method. “Our box symbolizes the beginning of the journey for our fans and by building a full-size Trophy Truck out of those same boxes, we aim to prove that what we deliver is far more than just a quality product. It’s passion, ingenuity and a sense of pride.”

The cardboard Trophy Truck is both a feat of design and a declaration of values. Ten thousand square feet of corrugated cardboard and two hundred hours of design, engineering and assembly. Every fold and contour reflects the qualities that define Method: precision, performance, and perseverance. The piece celebrates where the Method experience begins for most, with the box, and how it extends far beyond it.

“Because beyond the box is where you discover the true spirit of Method,” added Matt Harris, “Born in the desert, we’re using this moment to celebrate our racers, our partners and our people; all of whom play an important role in the story of what happens beyond the box.”
