A delectable meal that’s quick to fix and easily enjoyed while at basecamp

Before you start, make sure you’ve chosen a great place to setup basecamp for the evening with impeccable views that will compliment your delicious dinner. Once this is done, take out your Omnia Oven (or equivalent) and fill the round bowl halfway with pasta, or up to three quarters depending on the desired amount needed.

Next, cook your pasta. Measure out how much you and your partner/group will be eating and prepare accordingly. Once the pasta is ready, you’re now ready to prepare the rest of your dinner for the evening. Your ingredients will include the following:

  • Pasta
  • Tomatoes
  • Grated Cheese
  • Bacon or Ham
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Cream or Milk
  • For a spicy “kick”, add green jalapeno or habanero

Preparation:
Cut bacon or ham into pieces and fry them briefly in a frying pan. Next, dice your tomatoes into small pieces. At this point, your pasta should be sufficiently cooked. Place the pasta, bacon, jalapenos (if used) and tomatoes in the round bowl of the omnia oven (or equivalent) and mix everything together. Now add cream or milk and season the dish with salt and pepper.

To top it off, sprinkle grated cheese, if desired, with your mixture. Once you’ve added your grated cheese, cook the pasta until the cheese is melted. Once melted, you’re ready to enjoy!
