Warn Releases Flurry of New Truck and Powersports Products

Warn Industries has announced a host of new products in both its truck and powersports lineups. These products continue to showcase the Oregon company’s growing lineup of bumpers, body armor, and plow mounts for a wide variety of hot trucks and popular powersports vehicles. These innovative and rugged products help to increase off-road performance and get more done.

Elite Rear Bumper for Ford Bronco
Hot on the heels of the WARN Elite Front Bumper for the new Ford Bronco, is the Elite Rear Bumper for the SUV. This American-made unit, a great match for the Elite Front Bumper, is made from thick steel for exceptional durability. The bumper retains the durable factory recovery points. The design allows for increased departure angles, helping to improve the Bronco’s already impressive off-road capability and provide maximum trail performance. The entire bumper wears Warn’s state-of-the-art powder-coated finish that stands up to 408-hour salt spray testing and has excellent UV resistance. It provides exceptional corrosion resistance and great looks that’ll last for years.

This bumper fits both two- and four-door Broncos, will accommodate tires up to 37″ on the factory tailgate, and maintains the factory receiver. It also accommodates the Ford Co-Pilot360 Suite (blind-spot monitoring and lane keeping assist) and parking sensors.

Rock Sliders for Jeep Gladiator (JT)
The Jeep Gladiator is a popular pickup, and Warn Industries now makes added body armor to increase its off-road resilience and even make it easier to get into.

Designed to protect against trail hazards such as boulders and stumps, WARN Rock Sliders add extra protection to the Gladiator’s rocker panels. The stout double-tube design is made from thick steel and wears Warn’s durable, state-of-the-art powder-coated finish for corrosion protection that stands up to rigorous 408-hour salt spray testing.

In addition to being amazingly rugged, they’re also uniquely versatile. These sliders will accept an optional bolt-on step kit allowing for easier access to the vehicle’s cab. These step kits easily attach using the included hardware. Simply unbolt them when it’s time to hit the trails, and bolt them back on when you’re back onto the pavement. The steps themselves feature a non-slip pad for extra grip.

Ascent Bumpers for 2021 Ford F-150
Warn Industries continues to add to its American-made Ascent Bumper lineup, both front and rear, and this time it’s the latest Ford F-150. The new, lower-profile Ascent Front Bumper fits the F-150 perfectly with minimal overhang. It will accommodate WARN mid-frame winches, including VR EVO, ZEON, and ZEON Platinum, up to 12,000 lbs. in capacity. Plus, these bumper are pull-tested to ensure performance.

This bumper features welded recovery points that are ready for D-shackles (sold separately), and provisions to mount a modular pre-runner Baja-style grille guard tube (sold separately).

The bumper’s design helps increase approach angles, and will also accommodate tires up to 37″ in size. The durable state-of-the-art powder-coated finish over 11-gauge steel withstands rigorous 408-hour salt spray testing providing up to 2X the corrosion protection of lesser coatings.

Finally, the bumper has ports for up to four 3″ LED lights, letting buyers illuminate the night when needed. The bumper is also easy to install with pre-drilled bolt holes and cutouts to make it easy to mount a winch.

To match the front bumper, Warn also now offers a Ascent Rear Bumper for the ’21 Ford F-150 too. Attractive and low-profile, this bumper design complements the truck’s lines while adding extra durability and utility. Constructed from stout 3/16″-thick steel, the bumper is compatible with the Ford Co-Pilot360 Suite, the OE parking sensors, and retains the factory receiver, electrical plugs, and license plate lights. Each corner is fitted with corner steps with non-slip footwells for easy bed access. Additionally, integrated light ports are present to add auxiliary flood or spot lights for added low-light performance.

Like the front bumper, the rear wears the company’s state-of-the-art powder-coated finish which stands up to 408-hour salt spray tests. This bumper is designed, tested, and precision-manufactured in the USA.

New Argent (Gray) Premium Hubs for MY05+ Ford Super Duty
Warn Industries opened its doors in 1948 by selling locking hubs. The company continues to sell top-quality hubs for a variety of vehicles. One of the most popular applications are the Premium Hubs for 2005–current Ford Super Duty. Warn has recently added to its lineup by offering an argent (gray) finish to its hubs for this application. These hubs join the black-finish and replace the chrome versions.

These hubs are built to withstand the big stresses Super Duty trucks can dish out. They include heat-treated gears, an all-metal cap and dial, corrosion-resistant stainless-steel hardware, and IP68 waterproof ratings. The easy-to-turn dial also looks as great as it performs. Plus, these hubs include a limited lifetime warranty.

 

New WARN Powersports Products
On the powersports side of Warn’s business, there’s a new short drum fairlead adaptor for 2016–2022 Honda Pioneer 1000 models. This adaptor, when combined with a WARN mounting kit will allow winches, such as the VRX 25, VRX 35, AXON 35, and AXON 45Rc, to be installed on a Honda Pioneer 1000.

Additionally, Warn is offering a new front plow mount for the 2021–2022 Polaris Sportsman 850 and 1000 ATVs (pictured above). Built from tough 3/16″ steel, and featuring Warn’s state-of-the-art powder-coated finish, this mount is easy to install and will allow a hard-working WARN ATV front-mount plow system to be installed on these ATVs.
