BundutecUSA Releases New Bivak for Trucks
April 12, 2016
BundutecUSA Bivak
Iowa-based BundutecUSA, Inc. has expanded its production of off-road rigs to include an expedition style unit that can make any 4 x 4 pickup into a true, one of a kind, expedition rig. After careful planning and design, the Bivak was created to fit this need. It will debut and be available for sale at the Overland Expo West held in Flagstaff, Arizona; May 20 – 22, 2016.
BundutecUSA is taking their experience in making slide-in truck campers for the past 40 years and building a product for the off road 4 x 4 enthusiast that rather not carry an RV for their off road adventures. We have seen how many pickup trucks were getting into trail and off road driving and wanted to offer something more than a fiberglass topper but less than the conventional truck camper. The Bivak can be ordered as a simple shell for you to fit your own gear into or built with all the toys and features you want to get out there and start exploring.
About the Bivak
BundutecUSA
100% manufactured in the US, the Bivak is lightweight but rugged enough to handle extreme off road conditions. It makes the perfect platform for cargo racks, roof top tents, side awnings, kayak and bike racks. The first unit built is for the Nissan Frontier Crew Cab but is available for any size truck box. The close fit and slanted sides eliminate special tow mirrors and using the front cargo loops of the truck box to secure it in place means, you do not need the traditional truck camper tie-downs. The interior Versa Trac storage system and cargo netting can be fitted to your individual requirements.
